A revision is a round of bulk changes — when you review your portfolio and request a set of updates before the project is considered complete. Think of it as your opportunity to fine-tune everything at once.
Essential includes 1 revision round, Signature includes 2, and Custom projects have a revision allowance agreed upon during your initial inquiry. All tiers include bug fixes at no charge regardless.
We currently process portfolio payments through our business PayPal. No payment is collected until your portfolio is complete and you've reviewed and approved it. Your satisfaction comes first — always.
Absolutely! Once your revisions are used up, you can still update your portfolio at any time for a flat $15 update fee. We recommend batching changes together to get the most value from each update.
Not at all. We collect and securely store a contact email with your project info. We use it once a year — only for an annual check-in to confirm your portfolio is still actively in use. No spam, no marketing.
If a portfolio is no longer active or you've requested it be taken down, we move it to a secure archive rather than deleting it. Your work is never permanently removed unless you explicitly request full deletion. Reactivation is always free.
Use our built-in contact form or reach out through any of our company contact portals. No bots, no AI — you'll speak directly with a real developer who will plan your entire project with you, your way, at your convenience.
We don't currently offer refunds, but if something isn't right we genuinely want to know about it. Reach out and we'll do everything in our power to make it right. Our goal is a finished portfolio you're truly proud of.
Any genuine bugs, glitches, or technical errors are fixed by our team free of charge and do not count toward your revisions or update allocation. You will never pay to fix a mistake on our side. Period.
All content, media, and contact information you provide is stored privately and securely in our database. It is never mixed with another client's project. Archived project data is locked and can only be accessed by one of our three senior developers.
